# Legal agreements

Where to find Whalesync's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Master SaaS Agreement (MSA), and how to sign our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in the app.

## Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Our [DPA](https://www.whalesync.com/company/data-processing-agreement) covers how we process personal data on your behalf. It includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, and the terms for transfers from Switzerland.

The DPA is part of our Terms of Service, so it already applies to your account without a signature. If your company needs a signed copy for its records, such as for a vendor review, you can sign one yourself in the app. You don't need to email us.

### Sign the DPA

1. Go to [Settings → Billing](https://app.whalesync.com/settings/billing).
2. On the _Data Processing Agreement_ card, click _Sign the agreement_.
3. Read the agreement in the dialog, then enter your company's legal name and address, and your full name and title.
4. Check the box confirming you're authorized to sign for your company, then click _Sign_.

Your typed name is your signature. The agreement is already signed for Whalesync, so there's nothing to wait for: we email the signed PDF to your account's email address right away. You can download it again at any time with _Download PDF_ on the same card.

Signing doesn't change the DPA's terms. It gives you a copy with your company's details filled in.

Each Whalesync account signs its own copy, so sign from the account your company uses. If your company's name or address changes, click _sign a new copy_ on the card. The card always shows your newest copy.
